An upper-floor home in a characterful Hague building, barely touched for decades. Siersema stripped it back to the shell and rebuilt it: a new layout, new services and a finish that does the building justice.
Our approach
Four steps, one standard
Every project follows the same route. That way we, and the people who will live there, know exactly what to expect.
01Acquire
We look for buildings with character and potential: a good location, a strong base, but due for renewal. We often buy directly from the owner.
02Design
Together with architect and contractor we draw up a plan that does justice to the building. Layout, light and materials are decided properly, once.
03Transform
From shell to finish under our own management. Short lines on site, tight planning and no compromise on quality.
04Deliver
A home that is ready to live in. Move-in ready, well insulated and finished to a level you rarely see.
About Siersema
Hague-based, hands-on and detail-driven
Siersema Property Development focuses on existing buildings in and around The Hague. Not new-build estates, but townhouses, upper-floor apartments and commercial premises with a story.
We develop at our own expense and risk, and we are on site ourselves. You can see that in the result: every detail is a deliberate choice.
